TES 2000 make rapid progress with extension track laying

The track extension is now proceeding apace and should be finished on schedule (first week of Feb.)

The completion of this section of track will slightly more than double the railway’s length and, once opened for visitors will help to ensure the future of the MSLR as one of Suffolk’s premier tourist attractions.

The development cost has been entirely met from our own resources and contributions from the ‘Sponsor-a-Sleeper’ campaign, so thanks again to all who have so generously contributed. All we need to do now is build the Aspall Halt platform.
