New Year’s Day Steaming a great success

Twice as many attended the annual New Year’s Day steaming at the Middy this year than in 2018, something approaching 250 in all.

“This is a great result for us and makes all the hard work and finding the volunteers who give up their own family celebrations to entertain our visitors worthwhile”, commented Events Manager Rose Weller.

Middy staff were delighted with the support and it was a great way to start the year. The event even made a double page centre spread in the Diss Express.
